## Three promises

- **Not a bank.** Your money stays where it is. Allocate reads your accounts through Plaid and never holds a dollar. Leaving is disconnecting them.
- **No ads, no selling.** You're the customer, not the product. The subscription is the whole business. Your data isn't sold, shared, or used to pitch you cards.
- **Nothing without a yes.** Every change waits for you. Allocate proposes; you approve. Anything you approve can be undone.

## Fair questions

### Why one price instead of tiers?

Because the plan only works when it can see everything. Locking accounts or pages behind a bigger tier would make the plan worse for the people paying less. Everyone gets the whole thing.

### What happens if I use up my 100 messages?

Allo-Bot tells you when you're close. You can add a pack — from $5 for 25, with bigger packs cheaper per message — or wait for the month to roll over. Everything else in the app keeps working either way.

### Can I cancel?

Any time, from Settings. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month you paid for. Yearly plans run to the end of the year you paid for. Unused message packs stay yours.

### Is my card charged for anything automatically?

Only the subscription you chose. Message packs are never added on their own — you buy one when you decide to.

### Do you take a cut of anything?

No. Allocate holds no money and moves no money. There is nothing to take a cut of.
