Allo-Bot

Allocate's assistant: it answers questions from your own numbers, stages changes to your plan for you to approve, and never moves money itself.

Allo-Bot is the assistant inside Allocate. You ask it questions in plain language and it answers from your actual data: what did I spend on groceries last quarter, when does my next vest land, can I afford to move the car goal up a year, what happens to safe to spend if rent goes up $200. The answers come from your accounts, bills, plan, and income events, not from general advice.

It can also make changes, with one firm rule: it stages, you approve. If you ask it to push the vacation goal out two months, it shows the proposed edit to your plan, the new landing date, and what changes for the goals below it, and waits. Tap approve and the plan updates. Decline and nothing happens. The same applies to adding a bill, recording an expected bonus, or reordering goals.

Allo-Bot never moves money. It has no ability to transfer funds, pay bills, sell shares, or open accounts. It works on the plan and the picture, and the actual movement of money stays with you and your bank.

It is also where the morning brief comes from, and it can build cards on a Workspace board when you describe what you want to see.

Two things it does not do: it does not pick investments or recommend products, and it does not guess. If it needs a number it does not have, such as the size of an uncertain bonus, it asks.

The common mistake it prevents is acting on a hunch: the answer to almost any what-if is a question away, with your real numbers behind it.
